DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
All shipments will incur an additional charge for handling, packaging, and transport to the destination. This amount may vary depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer and will be indicated accordingly at the time of placing the order. This additional cost will be covered free of charge by Subastas Regent’s when the total order amount exceeds a minimum value indicated on the website, which may vary due to conditions beyond Subastas Regent’s control.
Once full payment for the order has been received, Subastas Regent's will proceed with packaging and subsequent shipment. Package preparation takes a maximum of 24 hours, after which the actual shipping period of one to three business days (Monday to Friday) begins, meaning the total shipping time from the moment of payment is two to five business days. Exceptionally, due to internal reasons such as an increase in order volume on specific dates, or external reasons such as delays in the shipping process due to unfavorable weather or other issues with the parcel service, these shipping times may increase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
All international shipments (i.e., all shipments to a country other than Spain) will incur an additional cost for handling, packaging, and transport to the destination. This amount may vary depending on the shipping method chosen by the client, the weight of the package, and its destination, and will be indicated accordingly at the time of placing the order.
Once full payment for the order has been received, Subastas Regent's will proceed with the preparation of the package and its subsequent shipment. Package preparation takes a maximum of 24 hours, after which the actual shipping period begins, which depends on the selected shipping method and the shipping destination. The estimated delivery date will be indicated at the time of completing the order. Exceptionally, due to internal causes, such as an increase in order volume on specific dates, or external causes, such as delays in the shipping process due to unfavorable weather or other reasons inherent to the courier service, these shipping times may increase.
SHIPMENT TRACKING AND INSURANCE
All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided to the buyer by the shipping company so they can check the status of the shipment.
All shipments include standard insurance. Any additional insurance requested by the buyer will be paid for by the buyer and not by Regent's Auctions.
RETURN OF AN ITEM ACQUIRED AT AUCTION
Adjudicated items can only be returned and their final price (hammer price) recovered if the buyer can verify that the item is not authentic or has defects deliberately omitted from its description and/or product images. In such a case, the buyer must provide written and conclusive proof of their claims within 15 calendar days of lot delivery. The buyer will be responsible for all costs arising from the return and must return the item in the same condition in which it was received.
RETURN OF PARTS DUE TO UNSPECIFIED DEFECTS
An item purchased at Regent's Auctions may be returned and refunded, provided the request is made within 15 calendar days from the delivery date; otherwise, the request will be rejected as untimely. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email, indicating your order number, the reference and serial number of the products to be returned (if applicable), and follow the instructions received from our customer service.
The item must be in the condition in which it was delivered, without having been modified or personalized, with its original packaging in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive shipping tapes.
Shipping will be carried out by the same transport company that delivered the order.
Shipping costs in case of a manifest defect in the sold item will be borne by Regent's Auctions, freight collect, with the buyer exempt from making any payment.
Once the condition of the package and the part has been checked, we will proceed to refund the amount of the order to the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the package.
Returns will not be accepted for personalized items or items whose value is subject to fluctuations.
RETURN OF PARTS DUE TO WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE INTENTION WITHOUT DEFECT NOT SPECIFIED IN PHOTOGRAPH OR DESCRIPTION
It will be carried out in the same way as described in the previous case; however, in these cases, Subastas Regent's will issue a purchase voucher for the same value as the returned product to be used as a purchase balance in the online store. This balance only includes the price of the item and does not take into account the shipping costs paid for the purchase and return.
